"David Rafn, artist, musician, and rainwear designer, has been making music for most of his life. I've loved it for years and was first compelled to release something when I heard he and two of his brothers sing an acapella version of the last track of this disc late one night in March of 2004 at Dunes, in Portland, Oregon. It's a beautiful song about empathy, even for Dick Cheney. This collection contains that one and other songs recorded in Portland during 2008."
